Since July 2025 – we can offer new modern warehouse with 4,000 m2 for rent with offices next to warehouse. The warehouse space is suitable for storage, logistics, distribution or light production with the possibility of installing a gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. Furthermore, the hall can be adapted to the customer’s needs, for example to create a representative showroom.
The site is located in the Central Bohemian Region in the village Háje near the highway D4 exit 45.
We also offer outdoor spaces for rent ranging in size from 1,000 m2 to 6,000 m2.
